This work is personal to me…

Supporting underrepresented communities, especially young women of color, has always been a core part of my purpose. Through years of mentoring and being part of non-profit junior boards, I’ve seen how impactful it is to have someone who listens, affirms your voice, and helps you build the confidence to take your next step. This isn’t just coaching—it’s about creating access, connection, and belief when it matters most.
